Funny, I was just about to post about BP. I would like to ask all of you to boycott bp until they fix this leak. Their latest attempt-plugging it with mud-failed. The gulf coast is completely destroyed. Now they are going to try to saw into it and cap it. This is now week 6.

Surely boycotting the company footing the bill is a little short sighted?

Aye, wait until they clean up their shit, THEN boycott them. Also that vid seemed a lot like a Monty Python sketch than a serious debate...

$930million spent of the attempted clean up so far according to the Times online (May 28th), no doubt it's over $1billion now. I'm pretty sure they want this sorted as soon as physically possible.
'Experts' expect it to cost approx $10billion once legal claims have been included (zomg I couldn't go to the beach, gimme compensation nau)
BP are royally screwed either way.

John Clarke and Bryan Dawe debate the merits of ship design and the concepts of maritime law in this Monty-Python-esque comedy sketch.
