That happened to me. I had a good run last night but missed 3 locations. I got it to Greenland though 
and pretty quickly.
I took the approach of getting the infection rate up and visibility down whilst keeping it pretty non-lethal. When the infect went global I started turning the screw and watching em die... muhahahahahahaha. Scored 106000

Well the top score is in the 400,000 region. I managed to kill everyone everywhere except Madagascar (grrrr) and only scored 88000 with a virus. I left 3 countries standing with a parasite and scored over 120000.. I don't get it!! LOL
