Just to let you know sharp dagger it is faster to drop the sandvitch and pick up a health kit if your over 150 health and near it than eating it. Much safer too

And then you're left sandvichless. Given the relatively small number of people at the time I'd have held on to it, myself.

Umm no, if your over 150 health you drop it and regenerate back to 300, and if your on full health and pick up any health kit you get the sandvitch back.
