Server donnation ? ok, I donnate a server then.

I got a spare server, used to be for the CP community, but hardly anyone uses it now, they got too many servers.
It's located in europe (France), and the good news is, it is free.
I happen to work for a company that do hosting, and the boss gave me a slot in the server room
You can try it at 195.101.157.196:27015
I didnt check on it for a while, so if u see any problems, just msg me.
specs : Bi-xeon 2.4Ghz, 1.5 gb ram, on a 100mb line with 20mb backup in case one drops)

I've been listening to the Control Point Podcast a while, never got together to play with the european CP guys though. What are they like?

They are a cool bunch really. But the core of the CP community is US, so europe is a bit aside from it.
Could you supply some more details as to HW an OS and access we would have. Great offer and thanks.
For the access, well I have full remote and local access, but for admin purposes : FTP, RCON and if necressary VNC.
(I have physical access to server hen im at work)
The hardware was mentioned (Dual-Xeon 2.4ghz, 1.5 ram, 4x13 gb scsi disks).
Im about to change the disks to 4x73gb and may be mount a raid 10 (2 raid 0 in a raid 1)
The OS is 2003 server.
