Yeah but bitterkoekjes are not crunchy enough. You can do the 50/50, but it's not necessary because you mix it with 500 ml of whipped cream.

Dunno what ghram crackers are, but best is sweet & crunchy (not like Oreo, Joples), and also not biscuits like digestive. But further.. probably any cookie hehe
