Oh yeah the Scout update is also a Spy update. Some comments about the updates:

Spies can now control which weapon the enemy team sees them holding. Hitting the "last disguise" key while disguised updates the disguise to show the Spy's currently held weapon

Awesome! Finally there is a better chance to blend in. I love spy updates!

Added "First Blood" to Arena mode

Not sure if that's a good idea. It also encourages you to go out and die fast.
