How to delete profile / chagne nick

I thought I make a post for this one so I can get it done faster.

So I have been looking these 2 options sometime and haven't found how to change my nick or delete the profile any help would be appreciated

I don't use this nick on my steam anymore so that is the reason.

i think __fell's asking who was scratchy before s/he was scratchy, not who changed him into scratchy from whatever s/he were called
