That rules me out of the first one I'm afraid. Would be well up for one later in the month though 
The highlander server is up with a config set up for this tournament. Feel free to jump on and test it out but don't forget only 6 should be able to play!!! You'll also need an admin to turn it on. At the moment is has no password but it will by the time the tounament is on.

will be kicking off about 19:30 GMT, will sort the teams out shortly before hand.. not quite sure how the numbers will work out but will see what i can do!

Like you said ingame already you should surely check the teams after you've randomly picked them. So there's no too good people on the same team.
