A Festers place hat would need to suit the server.

it would therefore require:

A Place to hold at least a couple of cans of beer / bottle of Bucky (for Bosco) / bottle of spirits. It may also require a refrigeration unit to keep said beer cool. Straws may be required, unless the hat has some sort of bib system to catch spillages.

A place to stash tobacco / hash / rizlas / lighter and smoking items - and this needs to be easily accessible.

A microphone

This sort of hat would never be stylish - just practical.
