Hokey, trying a new teambalancer plugin.
It works like this -

admins have immunity, cos we are awesome, suckit regs
after 20 seconds of imbalance the balancer kicks in, imbalance being 2 or more player advantage on one team
it will only switch dead players
a switched player will be immune from further switching for 5 minutes
no switching will occur during the last 60 seconds of a round

all these settings are changeable, so huzzahs and rhubarbs to the settings so we know how ye feel about it

totally untested, so no better time to have it break the server than on a Friday night !
