If Steam is IE driven then you could be right. Do you use another browser as your main prog or do you use IE? It may be work just cranking IE up and giving it a dust off just incase it hasn't picked up any bad habits like believing you are offline.Taekwon-joe wrote:That links works fine. If it does, you can connect to the maps server ok, so it must be a client specific problem.

Repeat of the problem tonight with ironbowl. Seemed like everyone who previously had the map "had the wrong version". Deleted out of steam maps and re-downloaded and it seemed fine.

I'd just like to report back that everything is back to how it should be. I was able to download some map there a few days ago and havn't had any problems. As for my steam problem, it turned out to be IE messing it up. Thanks for the help guys.
