Welcome to the 1st Festersplace Community Scrapmetal Lottery!!! 
I hear you guys thinking... "Scrapmetal lottery... Whats that?"
It's very easy!!! Summarising it in one quick sentence:
" 27 tickets available, tickets cost 1 scrapmetal each, winner takes all, enough for 1 random hat craft... "
Read all the rules below, and participate!!!

Rules
1. 27 tickets available.
2. Each ticket costs 1 scrap metal.
3. If you want to enter, you post in this thread saying how many tickets you want and which numbers you want. Maximum 2 tickets per person.
4. Numbers will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. If at least 1 of the numbers you ask for is already taken then your entire post will be ignored. It is down to you to make a new post with numbers not already taken.
5. DO NOT EDIT ANY POSTS, if you would like to buy additional tickets at a later date make a new post, edited posts will be ignored.
6. All tickets must be paid for by all entrants before the draw will take place.
7. You pay for your ticket by trading with the organiser in charge of the lottery and that person ONLY. It is your responsibility to ensure the person you are trading with is the correct organiser.
8. It is your responsibility to pay for your tickets before the draw date/time. If you frequently fail to pay for tickets you may be excluded from future lotterys.
9. The following website will be used to generate a random winning number between 1 and 27. http://www.random.org/integers/
10. The winning number will be announced on mumble and the main server at the time of the draw and a screenshot of the results posted in the thread soon after.
11. The winner takes all 27 metal (enough for a random hat craft).
12. You must enter by posting in this thread, you cannot enter by conversation with the organiser.
