I have added the etf2l config details to the server. They are not loaded by default so an admin needs to do it.

ETF2L rules there, specifically they have a config file that is to be loaded after a map change.
This seems to include crits being off and random spread being off.

Yes, but these are the 6vs6 rules. Highlander rules might be a bit different. No official word on that yet...
