Anyone working in a big company in England/Ireland?

My sister (19 years) is searching for a practical, internship, hands on training whatever you are calling it.
She has finished school with great success and is searching for some managment/buisness pracital before she applies for university later this year. She just came back from 5 months in Uganda, Africa.
Anything from 2 weeks two 2 months works fine for her.
If anyone in Ireland or England is working in any company where he thinks she could apply or anything just send me an pm
Though maybe someone of you had an idea or a company, no suggestion is bad.
