Some tips on building yerself if you feel up to it.

A nice beefy case and an extra fan or two can't hurt if you have extra cash to flash. Try to look out for two balls, ball-bearing fans. They're as quiet as a mouse and as good as it gets without buying some "hyper fan" from the future or investing in scary water cooling

Other than that, make sure the powerbox is decent enough (I'd aim for 450watts or higher) and the motherboard nicely sized.

Good luck with it all, and be sure to get some rubber gloves or an anti-static wrist band with any bits left over :P Don't want that lovely new i7 processor dying before it sees a motherboard connection pin.

If you are getting an ATI card get a crossfire Motherboard
If you are getting an Nvidia card get an SLI Motherboard
for future upgrading purposes
This may seem obvious but worth mentioning

knails, I got my Hero just before Christmas, best phone I've ever had. Won't be going back to the old number key phones anytime soon.

I would never buy a nokia again, I haven't liked any of their phone OS since the old ones.

I've gone from nokia to Sony Eriksson to nokia and I prefer the Nokia's.... even more so with the 5800XM. It's a cracking touch phone and does what's needed, at least for me.
