Ive made 1 but it was kind of ruined by the fact that i cant find any good fonts.

The TF2 fonts can be found in your installation folder:
...\Steam\steamapps\*you*\team fortress 2\tf\resource
Don't know if you'd want to use then but just in case you didn't know...
