FESTERS PLACE

I've updated the forums to the latest code. It has broke some things. As you can see the forum style is one of them. I've tweaked it a little bit so I'm hoping it's all pretty much ok.

A couple of other casualties is TapaTalk and RSS Feeds and the donate buttons. We shouldn't need TapaTalk as the forums should be a little more responsive on a smaller device.

Any probs please let me know.
