Hidden Server Update

Seems there has been a TF2 update where clients updated but servers didn't notify of it. Sorry to those who had issues trying to connect. None of the servers showed a need to be updated.
Thanks to Nova for letting me know conf was having trouble. Sorry I didn't jump on it sooner. Thanks to Avenging for posting up too.
