Highlander and 6 v 6 forums

I have rehashed the permissions on all the forums. Most was to correct some inheritance of some groups that weren't specifically needed.

I've also corrected some access permissions on highlander forums and sub-forums. If you could see them before and are having trouble please post up in one of the other sections and I'll look into it.
