Hlstatsx is running now on the server

This is just set up, it may not work correctly yet, so please be patient and report any problems/feedback here.
It needs at least 4 people on the server to start logging, so it's pretty much untested as yet

Ingame, the old commands work, but only report locally(ie to you alone)

in addition, you can bring up the stats menu using one of these commands, bind to a key ifnya like

hlx
hlx_menu

What's not working as yet -

The google map geoip thingy
these commands:

These two commands just map to webpages reporting stats, which you can look at anyway here

It also automagically makes a stats sig for you like this

The daily awards also is an unknown as yet.

The googlemap is only for Premium customers I think, so it's disabled
the ingame browser commands above work now

btw the hlx menu allows you to turn on/off notifications of points/awards etc, if yer chat window is getting spammed with them

This is working now.

Also fixed, hopefully, is the malformed stats message box appearing on the left for everyone if someone typed a rank command. It should now only appear to the person who types it, and should look correct.
