As you may have noticed the board has had the option to quick reply to topics. This is a great feature but have you noticed you can resize the quick reply box and full editor text box (you know the bit you type your message in!).
Just hover the mouse on the bottom right hand corner of the box and drag and move (look for the triangle of 6 dots!!!!)

Will be browser related.
I have every browser installed ( for testing websites ) and text boxes are handled differently in all.

A but do you have
Lynx installed?
The draggy boxes don't seem to be an option ff 3.6 on my work machine either.
