Found this open source app for storing passwords. It looks pretty darn cool and worth investigating in if you have multiple password! Obviously it's not so portable but makes life a little easier when.

I think portable apps have a version you can keep on a USB stick for bringing everywhere.
Very handy when travelling or just over in a friends to have your email, web browser, screen capture, IM, passwords, repair tools and other programs available and runable directly from a USB key.

I can also only recommend it. I've been using it (and her sister project http://www.keepassx.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) for ~2 years now for storing over 100 randomly generated passwords, and they're great for OS independence because one runs on Windows, and the other on Linux/etc. The (safe) clipboard feature makes it very convenient to use it, never have to type any passwords again. And it can also open URLs that you associate with the stored passwords. So who wants more? :)

ive used those tools when i worked at an isp and needed like 30 passwords to get in different systems.

important i think is to remind you password!
when i started using suchs tools i always forgot what my password was...so for me its not handy :P
