half-assed way of doing it, but if you change the link like you normally would (do the thing with the slashes and the "v") then post it, it will show full-screen when you click on it, but clicking on the video while it is playing results in you being redirected to youtube.
That's also a work-around for the age-restriction, if you give someone a link that looks like this:
"http://www.youtube.com/v/_Z4OvK3Vn44&ap=" then it is not necessary to log in and confirm your age for certain videos, just too bad that doesn't work for the region-lock.
