New server mods added

I've added a new version of the map changer and configured it to work with Death Abroad.
The Boomer now does Splash Damage. Players are damage within radius if the boomer explodes.
I've also added a hunter announcer showing details of each pounce. It'll show you who pounced on whom and how far they travelled and the damage done. There is also pounceuncap which affects the amount of maximum hunter pounce damage. It's set to 40 instead of 25.
