All L4D servers

I have restarted all L4D servers. Survival 3 was really choppy so just erred on the side of caution with them.

I know the servers aren't listed on the main screen any more I'll check into that later.

2 of the L4D servers will be temporarily shut down. This will be Versus Server #2 and Survival Server #1. TF2 update is pending which will probably see an upturn in server actively. As things cool off the servers may return. Hopefully it may help with the small amount of lag spikes too.
