Karaoke Vote System

I was bored and because of this converation I got an idea.
This is is a sourcemod script, whereby if and admin types in chat:
It will start a Vote:
Kareoke?
1.Yes
2.No
The results are then displayed like any other vote, you can view current results while vote is still on, and it displays the results at end.
Whatever the result is, it will not do anything. All it does is display the results.
Notes:
/kvote in chat starts vote.
Can only be activated once every 30 seconds.
An admin of ANY level can start vote, anyone whos is in file Admin_simplified.ini can start it
If someone not admin trys to start it, it will display
It installs like any other plugin, just put the .smx file in the tf/addons/sourcemod/plugins folder.
Only needs to be installed server side, no admins need to download it.
Just install on kareoke server, no point in it being on Festers Place.
