I'll do the Nat King Cole one if noone else is already working on it. (Btw I personally prefer the Celtic Woman version , but don't worry, I'll stick to Nat King Cole.)

As for Hilary Duff, I will perhaps do a favor for Dharma with the lyrics file for What Christmas Should Be, just for the fun, not sure yet.
