Re: Windows 1.0 anyone?
That takes me back..... I sort of got into the PC when I was in my early 20's and the state of the art Consumer PC at that time was based on a 486dx2-66 and where for example an 8MB (MegaBytes) of ram module would cost £300-400! I used to Run initially Dos 6.0 and WFWG (Windows for WorkGroups) 3.11....

Re: I miss tf2
TF2 has gone through some tweaks as with the other source based valve games, indicated by the recent-ish Hammer Editor updates, so games like Day of defeat 'Source, Portal, HL2 Ep2 now share the same Hammer Editor Version used by the "Source Engine 2009" (which TF2 uses). So as new "features" are ad...

Re: Map Suggestion
The only trouble with melee (which i personally hate) and odd maps are that they tend to be server killers, or people just won't join. I've noted too that the server has been quieter than usual recently, with often an arena map running too which tends to make it remain that way. Occasionally a few o...

Re: Cool MUSIC VIDEOS only!
Inspirational Music for pushing the TF2 Kart! Still an excellent Video and the CD is a HIFI bass unit shaker as I found out on some Meridian M10's! Old now, but here's an archive pic of the beasts http://www.meridian-audio.info/viewphoto.php?compid=203&photoid=3027" onclick="window.open(this.href);r...

Re: Steam scammers again
Steam users should make sure too that they have registered their email address via the steam client control panel. This adds another layer of protection if perhaps someone else in their household was silly enough to follow such a link. Unfortunately some of the kids of today are drawn into the "some...

Re: Map in Progress
Thanks for the feedback chaps :) @ Califax & Exterminatus, yes looking at it there are a lot of UT2004 and Serious Sam influences there :) @ Toco, the sniper areas are quite limited in sight against ground forces, so whilst they can see action, they are generally forced into attacking the enemy snip...

Map in Progress
I mentioned the other day on the server that I had started a map build some time ago and as per request here's some links to the progress so far. Unfortunately due to commitments and all those life type things I've not managed to get as much done to my TeamFortress 2 map as I would have liked to. In...
