Re: Map rotation vote :#
Well the poll is inconclusive :? Where do we go from here :) Likely as those two maps are preffered by either PL lovers (like myself) or CTF fans, rather than being of the same type. Personally I'd scrap the lacklustre 2fort and put on the classy Metropolis (Which incidentally the server almost fil...

Re: Kodish's Vids
Nice in 720p mode, good angles and clear play to show off the game. But didn't particularly like the green hue (which at first I thought I had a problem with flash player ) as it's throughout the length of the clip.

Re: Map rotation vote :#
Also a Dynamic map rotation with rotations built around no of players on the server would be nice as there's nothing as annoying as playing massive maps with only 4 or 5 players. https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=68668" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Thats a good point, ...

Re: Epic TF2 Graphics GOING INSANE (WARNING Huge Picture)
Look like GPU errors with possibly overclocked cards. Graphics card could be faulty, but I'd always update or change the graphics driver first. Although modern cards have thermal shutdown thresholds, it might be worth cleaning your graphics card fan with the pressurised air aerosols (cheap at Amazon...

Re: Map rotation vote :#
Can I say Metropolis is a too complicated map? :) Artistically it's great but I lost my way 2 times there tonight, or when not, it still looked like a maze to me. Or when I saw the end of the tunnel, that wasn't for longer than one second either because of the snipers there... Angry, how can a map ...

Re: Visualisation of US debt
If you have seen it then check out Michael Moore's: Capitalism: A Love Story. I watched it the other night and was astounded and the stunts that had been pulled as long ago as they were. Most memory thing: A new US airline pilot can earn from $16,000 - $20,000 a year (in 2009).. frightening! There ...

Re: Karaoke Server Bandwidth Usage
Also there will be players that are with some of the large ISP's (UK) which operate traffic shaping at peak times, which could find their connection suffering the most especially when the gaming server is being taxed. This is why I try to stick to ISP's that mainly supply decent broadband to the com...

Re: Karaoke Server Bandwidth Usage
its unlimited bandwidth This is where the "bandwidth" word has lost it's original definition. I believe Jase is talking about the allowed data usage, ie it's an unlimited data package with the hosting company. However the bandwidth I guess Tommy is asking about, is the difference in data throughput...
