Re: RIP jased10s
Hi Cambo, I'll take a look at the Festers server at some point. I haven't played TF2 for ages, literally years and haven't played any game recently due to being in hospital and recovering at home. I know some of the guys on the server knew I was unwell anyway with Severe RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) wh...

Re: RIP jased10s
Hi Cambo, Sorry for the Mega late reply, as I forgot to check back here. With Covid being one thing and doing a couple of stints in hospital it's been easy to lose focus. Perhaps (unless something has been done or already agreed) we could do something next year when hopefully things are back to norm...

Re: RIP jased10s
Hi Guys, I'm shocked to hear this and at the same time can remember the laughs we had whilst playing TF2. I had noticed Jase's activity on Steam come to a halt and I can't remember off the top of my head when that was, as like me he was playing different games. I never thought for one minute that he...

FAO Nova, WWII radio/data transmission using modulated light
For anyone else wondering, me and Nova were discussing on the server last night about an interest he had in a project of data transmission using LED's. However it reminded me of some clever kit (for the time) the Germans had created in WWII. http://www.laud.no/ww2/lispr/lispr2.htm" onclick="window.o...

Re: BT Balls up
Well.. it's just not my day for getting things done. I've found out our works internet was down. No biggy we have a backup solution. Which was also down. It wouldn't have been so bad but I just config the whole of another site to use our internet via proxy so they were down (whilst their own and ve...

Re: Hows this for cloaking
For a minute I thought that was Odo underwater Have seen similiar where they can change bright warning colours very quickly (milliseconds) like a light show. Very impressive though and the clip shows that it's not just the colour of themselves they can change.

Re: Setting up a Web Cam Stream - Any Advice ?
I believe Logitech do some decent Webcam's and/or similiar. I know of a wildlife photographer who uses one for real time stuff and outdoors too (although am not sure if Logitech do a waterproof/outdoor camera or he's used it in an enclosure).

Re: escape from city 17 part two
Tried this out via the Youtube App on my TV and thought it was really good, picture quality wise too. Great effects for such a low budget - hope they get recognised.
